We provide Shipping Agency Services for Bulk Cargo Carriers, Container Vessels, Product Tankers, Passenger & Cruise Liners, Ro-Ro Vessels catering to the diverse requirements at the key Ports of Sri Lanka namely Colombo, Galle, Hambantota and Trincomalee.

We offer Ship’s Agency Services for Liner and Casual Caller Vessels across all key ports in Sri Lanka.

Our services from the initial inquiry to the final disbursement will be carried out as per our customers’ requirements. Maintaining a regular update of information to all concerned is our priority to ensure smooth and fast operation.

We possess the knowledge and expertise in attending to all types of liner service to ensure minimum port stay and superior cargo operations in all port of Sri Lanka

Vessel owners and operators may at times be required to appoint a preferred agent to supervise the charterer’s agency functions and also to monitor port calls. We, at SSS will work in the best interests of the ship owners, offering scalable services to both owners and operators ranging from the provision of simple independent reports, to full involvement in expediting a port call. Our services also include the following:

• Checking pro-forma D/A submitted by the head agent for compliance with applicable tariffs.
• Receipt of owners’ funds and payments to head agents
• Daily reporting the port/vessel/cargo status or as required
• Checking the accuracy of cargo documents/SOF/time sheets to protect Owners / Operators interest.
• Checking on accuracy of Final D/A submitted by head agents before submitting to Owners / Operators
